Comprehensive police reform

On October 15, DC council will hold a hearing on a comprehensive police reform bill. The bill has 18 policing reform initiatives ranging from neck constraints, improving body-cams, and the end of internationally banned riot material by police. This bill came on the heals of national and local protest in relation to police brutality.
